24th October marks the date of the largest number of international climate actions and events.

Thousands of actions in hundreds of countries across the globe.

It's big ... and very inspiring.

They are all focused on persuading our politicians to act with courage at the Climate Talks to be held in Copenhagen this December.

There are a growing number of events planned...

>> CLIMATE EMERGENCY VOTE (High Street)

We will be asking people to vote for some of the following emergency climate measures we think will be necessary to stop runaway climate change:
  • Maximum motorway speed limit to be reduced to 55mph.
  • Ban all domestic flights in the UK.
  • Invest and create one million green jobs.
  • End all use of biofuels.
  • Cancel the third runway at Heathrow.
  • Cancel all proposals for new coal-fired power stations.

Why 350?

Scientists are agreed. We need to get global CO2 concentrations down to 350ppm. At the moment it's almost 390ppm and if we don't reduce our greenhouse gas emissions soon it will rise to 450ppm by 2030!
