Then Click on the 'Send Email' button. Your email will appear (if you have email). Click on Send.
Finally, click on the 'Return' button.

Full Name: Enter the name you would like to appear on the website
Address: Abbreviated address will be OK
e.g. Heavitree, Exeter
Commitment(s): Enter Commitment References separated by commas
e.g. T01, E03, H01
