North Cornwall Coast
The Atlantic Coast is a continuous string of sandy or shingle coves; with Trebarwith Strand, Port Gaverne and Lundy Bay to the East of the Estuary; and Trevone Bay, Harlyn Bay, Treyarnon Bay and Bedruthan Steps to the West; all well worth a visit.
On the Estuary, Rock is the centre for sailing and waterskiing, Hayle Bay at Polzeath for surfing, whilst in between is Daymer Bay ideal for windsurfing and swimming. All three have beautiful sandy beaches, and there is ideal walking between the beaches or over the sand dunes for the more energetic.
