Homeleigh Maze
Return to Front Page
In October 2006 we began our maze, which is now in use, but still has a way to grow. Turf cutting took place on 31st October 2006, and over 800 box trees were planted during late autumn to form a traditional dwarf square maze. Early in the spring we built the paths, and the hedges had matured enough by the summer for everyone to explore it. It has proved to be a challenge for both adults and children that visit us and we make sure that we have someone on hand to guide you out should you get stuck!
As new mazes are quite rare in Cornwall, we have recorded its building here.
