3. Bath, hand and tea towels, and bed linen with duvets are provided.
4. Cots and high chairs will be provided if required, and babysitting can be arranged.
5. Well behaved pets are welcome at a charge of £25 per pet per week (£5 per pet per day), but you are asked not to leave your dog unattended in or at the cottage.
6. Each cottage includes full central heating in winter. All other electricity is individually metered through £1 slot meters.
7. The owners can accept no responsibility for injury sustained by any visitor, nor for loss, nor damage to vehicles or effects brought on to the property.
Compulsory Holiday Cancellation Guarantee
This is to protect you and us from cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
The charge of £15 per week per cottage (for holidays under £400) or £20 per week per cottage (for holidays £400 or over) should be added to your deposit when booking.
The benefits are as follows:
(i) If you cancel for any reason not less than 28days before your holiday, your deposit will be refunded in full.
(ii) If within 28 days of your holiday you cancel for reasons of sickness, bereavement, jury service, redundancy or serious accident affecting a member of your party or a close relative, your deposit and other rental monies you have paid will be refunded (evidence will be required).
(iii) If you are unable for any reason to take up the reservation except in the circumstances outlined in sections (i) and (ii), the whole rental is payable. If however, given sufficient notice and that the property can be relet, all monies will be returned less any expenses incurred and a handling charge of £20 per week.
