Welcome to Exmouth, on the East Devon coast. A beautiful family resort, we are seconds away from an excellent two miles of golden sandy beaches for all to swim and play. Exmouth has many activities and excellent walks along the seafront, or the shaded walk behind. Also lovely cliff walks with outstanding views across the bay.


We are just a minute away from the Harbour. After the Harbour with its yachts and boats and a small ferry across the river. You can walk around to the river Exe estuary is a grassed area, the railway station (the only resort in the area with a train link). Just past the Station is at the start of the East Devon Way a walk that goes as far as Dourest. Exmouth has a nice town centre that leads to the beach though many parks. With its Magnolia shopping centre, Indoor Market, specialist shops and of course Hotels of all types. It has a Dock with boats and ferry. Plenty of leisure, entertainment and fun for all, In the centre of East Devon's glorious countryside with Woodbury Common and beautiful towns and villages nearby. Only 25 minutes away from Exeter by train with great views of the Exe Estuary, internationally renowned for its wildlife.

How to Get to Exmouth
Exmouth, where spring is said to come early and summer to linger longer, has excellent rail and road links with the rest of the U.K. making it an ideal centre to explore South West England.

By Train
Exmouth has a train station with a frequent service from Exeter (25 minute journey) and the rest of the U.K. Click here for U.K. rail timetables on line.

By Bus
The National Express coach system covers most of the U.K. and has a main interchange coach station at Exeter There is a frequent local bus service between Exeter and Exmouth. Click here for National Express timetables.

By Road, from the M5 Motorway
Leave the Motorway at Exeter Services (Junction 30) and take the A376 road which is sign-posted to Exmouth. Turn right at the first roundabout in Exmouth in Exmouth and left at the second crossroads into St. Andrews Road. The Kerans Hotel is situated at the far end of St. Andrews Road at its junction with the seafront (The Esplanade).

By Road, from the South Coastal Road
If you have decided to travel along the south coast road from Southampton, Bournmouth, Lyme Regis of Sidmouth just continue on the main road until you reach Exmouth seafront. Turn right and the Kerans is about 800 yards along on the right hand side at the junction with St. Andrews Road.

Trains change at Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central for the lovely Local service to Exmouth, partly running along side the river Exe, or the M5 Motorway to Exeter
