 Pilot Cottage is located next to the Kerans Hotel (ask for brochure) only 35yds from the seafront with its two miles of glorious golden sand. The Nearest shops are within 100yds. The Town Centre, bus & rail stations & the leisure centre with its indoor pool are all within a half mile level walk.

Two
delightful old semi-detached cottages, one of which is thought to have been the
pilots' look-out cottage in the days of sail, have been converted into two self
contained luxury maisonettes, each with its own private front door. The
ground floor maisonette has now been completely refurbished to provide a
beautiful holiday home whilst that on the first floor is the permanent home of
a quiet retired couple. Thus you are assured that your holiday will not be
spoilt by noisy neighbours. Sleeps 4. Sorry
no pets
The accommodation comprises three well furnished close carpeted bedrooms, one double and two single; a large very comfortable close carpeted lounge/diner with colour T.V. a spacious fully fitted pine kitchen with electric cooker, microwave cooker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washer/ dryer, etc. A fully tiled bathroom. Linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The hotel's telephone system has been extended to provide a direct dial telephone in Pilot Cottage. Heating (if needed) is by night storage heaters supplemented by panel heaters. Electricity is by £1 coin meter, except for the night storage heaters which are free of charge November to March. (At other times, night storage heating is available on request at a weekly charge of £15).
