"If two things don't fit, but you believe both of them, thinking that somewhere, hidden, there must be a third thing that connects them, that's credulity." Umberto Eco
"Faith is believing
something you know aint true."
"I cannot conceive otherwise than that He, the Infinite Father, expects or requires no worship or praise from us, but that He is even infinitely above it." Benjamin Franklin
"If
the biblical account of creation in Genesis isn't true,
how can we trust the rest of the Bible?" |
Dear Atheist, You are doomed. You are forever cursed with a questioning, seeking, curious mind. From the moment you began to comprehend the world around you to the moment you die, you will always wonder and never know. How can you have the presumption to not believe blindly in a God that doesn't satisfy your soul? How dare you look for something more, something with more meaning? How can you presume to question, when it has been written down centuries ago and preached about, and rolled over and over on the tongues of men dusty with years and hypocrisy? You seek new worlds, my friend? Then travel alone, for your journey is a lonely one and not to be taken with the rest of the flock. Yours truly, Michelle |
