Had the sdame problem and investigations showed no company would provide an epoxy resin to coat a potable water tank. Got a flexible tank made to fit the inside. Have not got the detailsd with me but it was a hovercraft skirt material and very good. Could supply more details when back home (currently completing round Britain voyage)in a couple of weeks.
