Payment.
A deposit of £50 per person is Required for all courses and this is non-refundable once a place has been confirmed. The balance is to be paid 1 month before the start of the course. If the booking is made within 1 month of the start of the course, the full course fee is required.

Cancellation.
Spinnakers reserves the right to cancel any course(s) due to adverse weather conditions or if the number of students has not reached the minimum requirement. In these cases Spinnakers will attempt to re-schedule the course and if this is not possible all monies paid will be refunded.

If the student wishes to cancel their course this should be done in writing. If there is less than 1 month before the start of the course they are liable to lose their deposit.

Price Changes
Any changes in the course prices are at the discretion of Spinnakers, however there will be no change to a firm booking after receipt of the deposit.

Loss or Accidents
Spinnakers cannot be held responsible for any accidents to students or for any loss of or damage to their possessions whilst using the facilities at Spinnakers. All cars and boats left at Spinnakers are done so at the owners risk.
