RYA DINGHY COACHING QUALIFICATIONS

We have been running RYA Coaching Courses for many years. We take the hassle out of chasing around to gain the different instructional awards.

Dinghy instructor pre-entry training and test (DTT)

This course is designed for potential instructors who require a small amount of training before they take their pre-entry. For many, the main area of practice is Sailing without a rudder and general sailing a wayfarer with A Spinnaker.

DINGHY INSTRUCTOR COURSE (DI)

This day course comprises 5 days of enjoyable and intensive training in all aspects of teaching beginners how to sail. During the course there is a 1 day external moderation, a written paper and plenty of practical tasks to give you ample teaching opportunity's.

Dates: Monday 17th April - 21st April OR 29th August - 2nd September.

ASSISTANT INSTRUCTOR COURSE (AI)

These 2 days are a great way to start your teaching experience. During the 2 days we teach you the basics of teaching beginners how to sail. If you are wanting to help out at the centre then this is the ticket that you need.
